BSI Financial repositions as an Outsourcer: Signs Up Several New Clients | | | Company to Provide “Right Shore” Mortgage Subservicing, Quality Control and Outsourcing Solutions from the US and India | | Irving, TEXAS – 26 Jun, 2006 :BSI Financial Services, a mortgage originator and Freddie Mac rated Tier 1 servicer has repositioned itself into a pure outsourcer and service provider to the mortgage industry. As a service provider, BSI provides subservicing, due diligence, quality control and back office outsourcing services to the US residential mortgage industry. It will combine the best of its domestic operations based in Pennsylvania with offshore operations in India to provide a “Right Shore” global delivery model.
In the few months since refocusing its activities, BSI has signed up several new clients for its services, including Investor Savings Bank, Atlantic Pacific Mortgage and Allied Mortgage Group.
As part of the transition, Gagan Sharma, a veteran of the global outsourcing industry has acquired the company and joined as President & CEO. Prior to joining BSI, Gagan was the founder, CEO and VP of Sales at a global business process outsourcing company rated in the top 5 in its industry.
